  We are a team of professionals who is dedicated in providing the best solutions for your project either in setting it up for success or managing project controls. 

Our founder, Annell le Riche, is a Professional Quantity Surveyor with two decades of experience in both the construction and mining industries, encompassing contractor and employer roles. She held the position of Principal Quantity Surveyor at one of South Africa's largest mining companies, managing the Quantity Surveying team, Contract Administrators, and Cost Engineers. Annell also chaired the Claims Committee, overseeing the review of more than 1,500 claims annually. Her expertise includes contract strategy, quantum analysis, claims resolution, and cost engineering.
